Chill Your Glass
Place ice into a Martini glass to ensure it is perfectly chilled.
Measure and Combine
Using a jigger, measure 50ml of Golden Egg vodka, 25ml of Mr Black’s Coffee Liqeuer, 25ml of freshly brewed espresso, and 10ml of Cockburn port. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Shake Vigorously
Add ice to the cocktail shaker. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds to blend the flavours and chill the mixture thoroughly.
Strain Into Glass
Separate the mixture from the ice into the empty side of the shaker. Discard the ice and dry shake to create a nice foam head. Discard the ice from your now chilled Martini glass. Using a fine strainer, pour the mixture into the glass, ensuring a smooth and velvety consistency.
Garnish to Finish
Garnish the cocktail with three golden coffee beans, placing them delicately on the surface..
